Kendal Skirt by Emily Rose Designs is a new design with gathering on elastic on both sides .She has a black waistband with a pink draw cord. This Skirt is a beautiful Hot Pink floral which will make you feel very vibrant all year round , due to its design this skirt does not offer pockets . This skirt looks great with a plain white tee or you can match it with our new Kendal tee .
